House Plants Made Easy
Is anyone else overwhelmed by the insane amount of options swirling around in the house plant category lately? It seems like there's a new amazing plant to have every day. I've been looking for some new fun plants to incorporate into my house for fall, and there are so many good ones out there!
Plants are perfect to add in for some extra freshness as the seasons change and as the days become grey (especially here in Seattle!) It brightens up a house in a tasteful but bold way, and I just love a little fresh greenery in my home!
Here are my top five faves for this season!
Fiddle Leaf Fig

Of course we’re all obsessed with this one! It’s so trendy right now, and for good reason. It’s gorgeous in a home, and just an amazing statement piece. Only problem is that it’s a little difficult to keep alive! Only plant whisperers should attempt to tackle this one.

Read about this one from our BFF (I wish) Joanna Gaines! Apparently this is a great house plant to have. It’s easy to keep alive, it grows like crazy like a vine, and it’s the perfect addition to a mantle or shelf that needs a little pick-me-up. If Joanna recommended it, we can’t say no!

Rubber Tree

Rubber Trees are crazy right now! I'm seeing them pop up everywhere, and it seems like a perfect alternative to a fiddle leaf. It's super easy to keep alive (makes sense, with that name!), and I just love how it looks. Perfect in any room!

Aloe Vera
These come in all sorts of sizes and shapes, but they are a fun and different look to have in your house, as opposed to the big, leafy plants. It’s got that fun cactus vibe, and it’s a fun home remedy for cuts and burns! Love a good multi-purpose item.
Aloe Vera Plant from Home Depot
Palm Tree
One of my favorites. These long, thin leaves are so gorgeous for a little added texture. These do best in warm, humid environments, so it may require a little more maintenance if you live in a drier environment!
